The PowerShot A800 from 2011 is close to the end of the line for AA-powered CCD compacts — after this, almost everything moved to proprietary lithium packs and CMOS sensors. It is the highest-resolution camera in this batch at 10 megapixels, with a 3.3x zoom that starts slightly wider than the older A-series bodies, and it is small and light enough to forget you are carrying it.

In short
