What happens between order confirmation and your product arriving at your door — for FCI owned stock and for marketplace listings.
Two kinds of listings
Every product is labelled as either FCI owned stock or a marketplace listing
FCI stock
Ships from our workshop
- Already at Gurgaon, tested and graded
- Dispatched in 3–4 business days
- Delivered in 7–14 business days
- Delivered in 3-5 days to metro cities.
Marketplace listing
Comes to us first
- Listed by an independent seller within India
- Comes to us, gets tested, then goes ships to you
- Delivered in 10–18 business days
Marketplace items are slower because the item travels twice. We would rather be late than send you something we have not checked and verified.

These figures are estimates in working days and exclude national holidays. Every estimate on a product page is an estimate, not a guarantee. Final timelines can be higher or lower depending on the location and shipping complexity. Delays on the shipping partner's side are unavoidable and out of our control sometimes.
Delivery attempts
- Someone needs to be available to receive the parcel. Anyone at the address can sign for it.
- Couriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us.
- Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Once a parcel is with the courier, we cannot redirect it.
Common questions
Can I collect from your Gurgaon workshop instead?
We currently do not allow item pickups. Items are shipped through Delhivery Express shipping.
What if the seller's parcel to you goes missing?
The order is cancelled and you are refunded in full. That is ours to settle with the seller, not yours.
The outer box looks damaged. What should I do?
Photograph it before opening. It makes any claim far easier.
Where do you ship?
All serviceable pincodes in India.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs.2000.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Not available. We accept prepaid payments through cards or UPI.
How fast is delivery to a metro?
Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore usually arrive in 3–4 days after dispatch.
