About the product.

The Konica Autoreflex TC is the underrated bargain of 1970s SLRs — a compact shutter-priority body from a company whose optics were quietly among the best of the era. The star here is the Hexanon AR 50mm f/1.7, a lens with a serious reputation for sharpness and beautifully smooth rendering wide open. Konica glass has a following for good reason.

In short

All shutter speeds fire correctly, so this shoots happily with a handheld meter or phone app. The light meter does not work and the viewfinder is a little faded — both are why one of the best 50mms of the era is at this price.
