Fully mechanical, no modes, no automation — just shutter speed, aperture and a needle in the viewfinder telling you when you've got it right. It stayed in production for over two decades because nobody could improve on it. Paired here with the SMC Pentax-A 50mm f/2, a compact, sharp, contrasty normal lens with Pentax's excellent Super Multi Coating.
