The Pentax MX is the enthusiast's choice from Pentax's M-series — fully mechanical, remarkably small, and fitted with what is still one of the brightest, largest viewfinders ever put in a 35mm SLR. It was Pentax's answer to the Olympus OM-1, and many shooters prefer it. No batteries needed to fire; the cell only runs the LED meter. Paired here with the SMC Pentax-A 50mm f/2, compact and sharp with Pentax's Super Multi Coating.
