A pure, unfussy CCD snapshot camera — which is precisely why this generation is being rediscovered. The Cyber-shot DSC-W610 came out in 2012 as one of the last of Sony's budget W-series, and it is built around a 14.1 megapixel Super HAD CCD, the sensor type that gives early-2010s compacts their particular look: crisp, contrasty, slightly cool colour with a hard flash falloff that no phone will replicate. The 4x zoom covers 26-105mm, the macro focuses down to 4cm, and Sweep Panorama is there if you want it. There is no manual mode and no image stabiliser. That is not really the point of this camera.

Condition
- Cosmetic: Very good, with minimal signs of age and use.
- Functional: Fully working otherwise. The display has a vertical line running through it and some yellowing. Neither appears on the recorded images.

In short
The line and the yellowing are on the rear display only — the sensor and lens are unaffected, and files come off the card clean. If you want the CCD look without paying CCD-revival prices, a screen blemish is the cheapest way to get it.
