The Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 is one of the last great fully mechanical 35mm SLRs — a lightweight, all-manual body that needs a battery only for its light meter, with a 1/2000s top shutter speed that was rare at this price point when it launched in 1986. Best of all, it takes the Contax/Yashica mount, which means the same bayonet as Carl Zeiss C/Y glass. Paired here with the Yashica ML 59mm F1.9, a genuinely useful fast prime lens
